Hi Sharon,

Just a quick note to say thanks for all your work on our behalf.

I know it’s your job and all that but it feels like you have gone out of your way to help us so that means you did :-)

We signed the compromis du vente last week so, on the assumption that nothing untoward happens, we will be moving in on the 3rd June. Funny that it should be the first house we saw but it always appealed and, apart from the house we made an offer on before that was not actually available, was the only one we felt we would be happy in.

Looking forward to it all now. Living in an empty house here as we’ve packed most stuff already!
