Many thanks it all happened nicely (the house sale in France] - the Notaire was excellent and was smiley - always a plus with me, even if sometimes I am the source of the smiling and Barb and I are in the. busy Midlands and Karen and Laurent are esconced in our lovely little house [in Lower Normandy] and it is so rewarding to know that they will appreciate and carry on with what we started, just couldn't hope to have had nicer people and it was a hand-over like I have never sold or bought before.

Thank you both for all your help and support during the buying of the original wreck and the promoting and selling of the result after almost 5 years of thought, graft and planning and you will understand it all as you have done it all before.

After the Notaire yesterday morning your agent popped in late afternoon on her way back from another appointment and she has been great and always friendly and jolly and somehow the work seems to be done and moved on.

And Tony at Key Currency has been a joy to deal with, we have put a bit of the world to right between us and dealt with the business in hand.

You all give up and above the general levels of service and it is so very much appreciated and anymore 5 Stars ****** I can give anywhere to any of you and the ancillary businesses, I am ready at my fingertips.

Your Agent is a very nice man I would say he loves his job!

About the house it needs a lot of work to be done on it, the photo on the site compliments it greatly i think the owner did a good job up stairs but down stairs it needs a lot money spend and sun decking needs a lot of man hour's to bring it back to life, so there is a lot to think about overall, I told [your agent that] if i am interest in the property I would be in touch...
