Sharon,
It's amazing how viewing changes your initial opinion.
One house we went to today was a potential favourite of mine but ended up been the first we put a line through.
Firstly your agent was a gentleman. Lovely guy. Please thank him again.
My wife loved it. I truthfully was excited by it but really did nt feel the "wow factor" during the viewing. The land is mainly to the front and felt like a corridor. Next doors is on top of you too, to the rear.
Semi detached with the green lake. Absolutely loved it! Yet was initially concerned that it was not detached! Really excited by it. I have several questions for you to be honest. The electric wasn't working for instance. The fosse wasn't spoken about either.
Also survey wise. Because we would be cash buyers it would presumably be upto us to ensure a thorough check is made (usually it's the cautious bank that insist to ensure they get their money back)
So three more viewings tomorrow. Hope that's OK for you. No doubt we shall speak more on our return to England.
Thanks for arranging things etc.
You never know. This could yet have a fruitful ending yet.
Best regards, Dave, Leeds (via Pontivy).
We are sure we will have a "property that suits" after all we currently have more than 8000 houses for sale in France on our website and a few more thousand to add in most regions of France so Cle France is the place to be.
Dave is still looking for the right house in Brittany but I am sure he will find something soon.
