Sorry I haven't answered you sooner, but as you can imagine, we have been mad busy.  

Everything went through perfectly, and if it wasn't for all your help and of your colleagues it could have been a very stressful process.  

You all made it all extremely easy for us and we would definately recommend you to anyone at all who is thinking of buying in France.
