It's all very scary and exciting at the same time, as I'm sure you know. I meant to say I spoke to someone recently using a FSBO site (For Sale By Owner) and in the course of discussions he said you were one of the very few estate agents he had any respect for and that you never tried to fob property off on people or waste their time...

Not that we approve of private sales as such LOL (we are an Estate agent after all !) but it is nice to know that our approach to the market place is respected and we know that YOU the buyer will only buy the property you want to buy, we just make sure we have the best property for sale in France and offer a top class service.

Colin bought a house in Brittany that we were marketing for a vendor through one of our GOLD Level Marketing packages, a stunning property that had lots of interest but Colin got himself first in the que to view and picked himself up a lovely Breton Bargain! Hello David, I think I have the right gentleman ?

I emailed you this morning to seek help and advice regarding insurance. You put me in touch so promptly with one of your partners which is really appreciated I was so impressed. (Preferred Partner is Allianz Insurance).

I am due to move to Le Mans next week and unfortunately the English agent who i am dealing with has let me down badly and has refused to meet his obligations as he is too busy with other clients! I have really been left in the lurch so doing things myself.

Well what can we say? we do try to help all our clients in many ways, even when we cannot find them the right house. Sometimes a client finds the right house with another agency, it hurts, but we don't sulk! we continue to make our best efforts in ensuring the client has us on-hand for any problems that may occur.

If only Steve had bought with Cle France he would not be 'left in the lurch' by us!
