Many thanks to you and Sharon for all your help with our house purchase in France - I was thinking about you both last week and was planning to get in touch. 

All went very smoothly in France - from the initial viewings that you arranged through to final completion. All your agents 'on the ground' in France were also incredibly helpful. We're over the moon with the house and can't quite believe it's ours yet!  We were very sorry to leave at the weekend and have already booked a few trips back this year. 

I'm so pleased that we made the original contact with you and all your introductions have been so helpful - not only in buying the house but also to the insurance and currency exchange companies as well.

just to say many thanks to you and David for doing a cracking job with the house sale in Kerveno, Cotes d'Armor, Brittany, France and ironing out any hiccups with the Notaire over the money transfer, I don't think I would have completed without you, your advice and knowledge over the fosse septic and the roof were very helpful, if I decide to purchase another property I will definitely use you again, the house has been transformed already and is starting to feel like home.

Things are going very well, thanks you for asking. Agent was extremely helpful during a busy afternoon of viewing five properties.

Overall, three days looking and we have seen some good and some not so good. However best so far is with Cle France!

Graham is currently viewing with us, and with other agents (bah humbug!) in Lower Normandy and specifically in the departments of Manche and Calvados, perhaps one or two in Orne.....

BUT as always it seems Cle France have the better properties and as we always say, if we don't have it for sale in Normandy, it is probably not worth viewing, we have around 4000 in Normandy after all.
