When we decided that we wanted to purchase a holiday home in France, the process seemed daunting at first. The biggest hurdle seemed to be actually selecting properties to view from the thousands that are available on line. Cle France were extremely helpful in identifying suitable properties and then liaising with their agents on the ground to arrange the viewings. 

When we saw a property we liked the Cle France agent in France was very helpful indeed but it was great having Cle France head office keep an eye on the process.

Their referral to foreign exchange services, and other services like insurance, was also of great help.

Hi Sharon,

It's been a day of taking it all in and now only one more day before breaking-up for Christmas Hols.

The whole new venture started by a click of a button with a plentiful supply of broadband connection and was soon to be aware of Cle France having trawled through the various websites. Not having had any prior knowledge of Cle France I clicked on a property that appeared to suit.

Cle France arranged with us a suitable date to view a property and upon our return proceeded to forward the offer made by ourselves. With the offer accepted, Cle France were able to send all the relevant information needed to enable completion of sale.

As Cle France are in partnership with 'Allianz Insurance' and 'FC Exchange', things such as the legally required house insurance were so easy to obtain and I can see why they came with such good recommendation. With completion having taken place I can now reflect on the past twelve weeks and realise the amount of effort that Cle France put into our dream of owning a place in France, I don't think we would have ever got this far without all the help given from them.

If anyone out there is contemplating a move to France I would suggest that your first move is to the Cle France website where it all started from.
